Nora de Mariaffi is a textile and clothing designer based out of St. John's, Newfoundland & Labrador. She learned to knit and sew from her grandmother at 6 years old and is 100% self-taught outside of that. She holds a degree in Community Arts Education from Concordia University and a certificate in Graphic Design from OCAD.

Established in 2022, Nora de Mariaffi is a slow fashion brand that uses exclusively thrifted, natural, and/or ethically sourced materials. Every item is designed and created by Nora herself in her home studio. Want to visit? Send me a message!

As her day job(s), Nora de Mariaffi works as Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer for Lawnya Vawnya. She is also co-admin at I Don’t Do Comics, a comic publication open to everyone.
